"Getting Older"
A little more tired at the end of the day,
A little more in the need of having your way,
A little more forgiving,
A little more understanding for a loved one.
A little more time for dreaming and reminiscing,
A little laughter, a couple tears,
For all the good times,
for all the past years.
But no matter how you try to bring them back,
They're gone now.
But no one can ever deprive you of your fond
memories.
For when you are loved while growing older,
You have no fears!
