Dreams of Sen-Sey

Bo-Di, the goddess of bodily peace
Has released me
She thought she was giving me freedom
To no longer serve her
But she what she gave me was far more painful

I sit, on a cushion soft as fresh grass
Which rests on a chair of thorns
I wait for my new master to come and fetch me
I was found, wandering the streets
The mark of Bo-Di erased from my wrist

I was captured and brought here
A place of beauty with undertones of torture
My clothing is comfortable but sheer
My surroundings pleasant but dark
I waited there

Someone was coming; I can hear bare feet
Slap, slapping on stone in between rugs
A female hand reached out to me, pulling me up
While another pushed from behind
Welcome to Sen-Sey, they said

Sen-Sey, the land of pleasure with pain
Has embraced me
They are going to teach me, to reach me
Deep inside
To give me something that’s always out of reach

I am lead to a room of cushions and silks
A place as warm as inviting as it is cool and harsh
My hands are handed to new hands
My clothing stripped from my body
I stand and watch

The room fills up with women, I can hear them talking
Whisper, whisper who’s the new girl
A hush fills the room as hands push me toward the front
The most beautiful woman I have ever seen
Is walking toward me

Rend-Tai is her name, the ruler of this land
She holds me close
I can feel her body, warm, her hands, exploring
My skin
To show me what can be mine if I can learn self-control

I am shown exactly what to do, where to touch and I do
In this room full of women
Watching, waiting, for what I do not know yet
They smile and touch each other
They come closer to Rend-Tai and myself

I awaken, where am I
I am at home in Bo-Di where I shouldn’t want for anything
But I am wanting for someone
My body is not at peace
My soul yearning for the place of my sleep
