Snowflakes
Snowflakes,
billion fallen stars
against the inky obyss
of night.
Was that what it
was like,
when Lucifer drags
down one third
of heaven
with him down to hell?
Snow crystals,
glissening like diamonds,
dangerous daggers
falling against the inky blackness
of night.
