The Bitter End
I woke up to your warm embrace,
Your eyes fixed right upon me.
Your luscious lips I yearn to trace,
Your breath as sweet as honey.
My skin pressed up against yours tight,
My heart picks up it's pace.
Your eyes a shimmering glow of light,
As you gaze upon my face.
I reach my arm around your figure,
An amazing land of curves.
Your manliness is just the trigger
To lose control of nerves.
But suddenly my arms fall free
Of you and your embrace.
A ray of sunlight blinds me
As I lose you in the haze.
I jump up startled, search around,
This isn't what it seems.
My love, you're no where to be found.
This was all evil dreams.
It hits me then the throbbing pain.
My eyes well up with tears.
Like poison eats right through my vein,
I realize all my fears.
Last night we had a major fight,
You left with keys in hand.
I watched you disappear from sight.
That was the bitter end.
Your eyes fixed right upon me.
Your luscious lips I yearn to trace,
Your breath as sweet as honey.
My skin pressed up against yours tight,
My heart picks up it's pace.
Your eyes a shimmering glow of light,
As you gaze upon my face.
I reach my arm around your figure,
An amazing land of curves.
Your manliness is just the trigger
To lose control of nerves.
But suddenly my arms fall free
Of you and your embrace.
A ray of sunlight blinds me
As I lose you in the haze.
I jump up startled, search around,
This isn't what it seems.
My love, you're no where to be found.
This was all evil dreams.
It hits me then the throbbing pain.
My eyes well up with tears.
Like poison eats right through my vein,
I realize all my fears.

That was the bitter end.
