Valentines Day
Intro:
There must be something inside me,
Must be something that's hiding.
Chorus:
I can touch silhouettes,
Of baby dolls and scarecrows.
I can taste you on my lips,
And feel the pain of arrows.
When the sun goes down,
I can feel the urges rise.
I cut you vein to vein,
And walk you through your own demise.
V1:
I can feel my heart swelling,
I can hear your voice filling, and spilling, and drilling inside my head.
My mind is swimming, drowning in the things that you said.
Chorus --->
V2:
I guess I cant complain,
It's better off this way.
You can meet your lover at home,
And I'll watch the sunset alone.
The way it was intended to be,
Between you and her and me.
Chorus --->
V3:
I've got a fantasy world,
A place of sedation.
Numb to the bone,
Alone
In my imagination.
V4:
If you could read my mind,
Would you repeat what you saw?
You'd never fall asleep again,
Enough nightmares for us all.
Chorus x2 --->
