A Pep-Talk of Self-Esteem
I am seen as rather a boring bloke
Not anyone's go-to favorite guy
Just a humble shade of dirt
And a common color of eyes
While rainbow colors take center stage,
I scheme boring office rooms
With my paler variations, tan and beige
I bless the skin of exotic beauties
In all their sun-kissed glory
Southern belles and Latina girls
And Filipinas are another story
Some take pride in being amazingly brown
Others regard me as mere scat
I know there's beauty in me, I won't be kept down
Here's to being brown!!!
