Of Hawk and Moon (Fading Into Breaking Dawn)
Couldn't believe my eyes
As I ventured outside
Into the epitome of
The witching hour
dark dead cold night
Density piercing past my soul
Deep into my bones
Oh my lucky stars
Witnessing such suspended beauty
Artemis lays against black velvet
Amorously impaling my spirit
Like a hawk is to the moon
Break of dawn, verging
Ceiling drapes low, nebula
Black branches writhe forth, skeletal fingers
Demystifying the ceiling into twilight sky
Street light shedding hollow glow
Softly, slowly
becoming dispersed, diffusing
Fading away like neon groves
You gotta go, You gotta go
But hey... that's alright
I'll catch ya another night
Nebula
Descending, widely spreads
like creeping death
by the light of day
Trumpets blare
Disturbing silence
Black train coming
