When I'm in woe,
I write poetry.
When I'm in woe,
I write about my demons
in poetry.
When I'm in woe,
I write like Poe.
When I'm in woe,
I will write poetry.
When I'm in the dark,
I will write poetry.
It is my light.
When I'm facing death,
I will write poetry,
for it is my life.
When I'm in pain,
I will write poetry
for it is my relief.
When I'm in woe,
I will write blissful poetry
for it will lift my soul.
