Parenting for YOUR health
What did you think?
That I wouldn't ride a bus, catch a cab?
What, if you can do it, then why not me?
What did you think?
Telling you NO, was just for fun, my health?
How about YOUR health and one NO is enough.
Hepatitis this, hepatitis that now can you understand the facts.
My books and laws weren't meant to be bent,
but if bent, like a rainbow, I'll always be proven right.
Tell you NO, but you do it anyway,
you fail and then want to blame me?
What, me tell a lie, NO!
But since labeled, I Jehovah GOD.
Able to do anything it takes to prove my way is right.
So I'll catch that bus, sit, even lay as you tat me up.
I'll watch you and watch, til you forget I'm around.
Yes, I can be anybody, at any place, at any time.
It's my legal right.
To tell you NO and not give a reason, now you wanna fight?
I your parent, know what is best.
You don't have the full vantage point, tell you NO
and you got the nerve to bristle up.
Then I'll use you like a brush, to prove my point
and at the same time remove the dust,
cleaning everything up.
So my teenage son, you say you got sexual feelings for a man.
Never said I couldn't relate or understand.
But I did tell you NO and you disobeyed, my sun shines
and you live to die another day, your poragative,
you have free will.
So use your own free will to live your own life,
pressuring others to approve your disobedience
is an act of independence.
You so right, then why you bully?
You want Bill not Jill, so you take him, and now look your ill.
Never said I wouldn't come to town on the regular
to check things out.
Never said I couldn't ride a bus, share a cab or understand.
But, when I tell you NO my dear son, it is for a good reason.
Your health.
