Like Silt...

On the surface, lays her water-created body.
Cramped and restless
Undeserving but still moving
Tepid whispers...

Left craving typically
Non-sticky, plastic feels!
The quiet tremble in your sweet voice...
Surrounds and entombs me

Watch, while soil follows down
From your slippery iced-up form
Appear to me from cold black waters
Stay true, still, to my heart line

Soft and rich
Shy away, pretty phantom!
Your blue stained lips shouldn't sing to me...
Pasturised, they make the cuts on my insides

Begging here, why won't you drown?
Insane, I need to see you submerge...
Oh, please do, I've got time
I've got my head in the sand anyways...

Grains next to currents
Ears dying to hear the experienced lung overflow
Time is still, my heart is bitter like you would taste
11,000 days I'll watch you

Waiting for you to erode!
Hydrated in mortal coils!
......

Wait....
Did she speak to me?
Wait...

......
How slow I have been!

I...
Was...
Wrong!

This changes everything!
It's not real, COME ON NOW!

Talk to me?
Tell me to 'open up my heart again'

I've grown thin...needing to see you struggle
Oh, but you never did!

I guess that means I need you?

Silt, speak me through!
Or am I too late now?

I
Need
You
