i said id never fall in love

and then i saw you

i did something i swore id never do

i let down my guard and it hit me so hard

thats a  night i know i never will forget

ill always cherish the night we met

something enchanted was in the the air . .

and i realized id taken years for granted without a care.

like a bee is hopelessly attracted to a flower

i was hopelessly impacted by the power

words cant explain the way it feels

its more than butterflies and chills

its losing a weight that held me down

it felt like fate when you came to town

your love was so heavy so hard to hold

but it changed a heart of stone into gold !

with all the depth of emotion

of the worlds deepest ocean

i knew the feeling could drown me

but instead built a beautiful life around me

it blew through me and like the breeze threw her hair

and made me feel like i was walking on air

she touched my heart and conquered my fears

and tore me apart and filed me with tears

i learned that love lives and dies way to fast

but some how ours found away to last

intimate moments we left behind us

still find ways to remind us

that heaven is a place inside

and that love wont be denied

no matter how hard ive tried

am i weak because my voice trembles when i speak

about how hard i fell whys it so hard to retell

the story about the power and the gloryof the human heart

we had it all and let it all fall apart

the pain of losing you the greatest woman i ever knew

is like picking up pieces of dreams as hopeless as it seems

i chose not to regret and promise to never forget

your face how beautiful you are

we climbed so high how we came so far.

we'll always have a special place in the sky marked by a star

that will twinkle every time i miss you

and  shine like my heart when i used to kiss you .

the brightest light in never ending skies

sparkles like you did when i first looked in your eyes !

I WAS SO WRONG because as of today ive been loving you so long

so now im sitting here listening to our song

just living my life without you.

so i write poems.... every single one is about you
