From Monkey to man, ever evolving but still bound by much.
Interesting Whale. Got me thinking. Nice one.

This caught my attention immediately and felt there's more depth to the surface than the reference of monkey to men. After a bit of research (buddhism) my interpretation seems to fall in the restlessness of the mind (monkey) trying to find some kind of validation living on hope as slippery as it may seem.
I could be wrong but art is open for interpretation :)
Extremely thought provoking piece, cleverly crafted.

Yes Vee I am very grateful for your interpretation - nothing is as restless as a temple monkey and heaven knows how our minds can be like this but also sometimes in fear of this restlessness we seek to tie ourselves rather than risk the hopelessness of infinity.
An excellent interpretation Vee, thank you for seeing cleverly.

Re: MONKEY
my interp somehow always gets to the sacred through the profane and les just say this all started with a banana and soap and ended with a groping (the purple monk (an old Buddhist term for our junk) just makes this meta -physicality a little to kinky), which is my primate way of saying thanks for sharing this cool brain fruit with the tribe
