My mind is cloudy
Heart is heavy
I am dizzy and sweating profusely
The air is hot and thick
I am falling deeper and deeper
Into a black hole
Spiraling, twisting and turning
I am trapped in my own thoughts
Over thinking and irrational worries
All of my demons are choking me
I cannot be saved
