Unmade
Somewhere along
the way,
I left the light
of day.
I felt safe
in its embrace,
now darkness
is all I face.
Deep inside
my sinful abode,
I travel a dark
and weary road.
For all who
go there,
will find
despair.
Waiting
in evil silence,
behind
an old fence.
Grinning
with glee,
for none
can see.
The darkness
is looming,
the path
is consuming.
All that
you really are,
tears fall
from afar.
yet you
will not hear,
that
enormous tear.
No, nor will
you feel,
all that
is real.
For deception
will fade,
as your soul
comes unmade.
the way,
I left the light
of day.
I felt safe
in its embrace,
now darkness
is all I face.
Deep inside
my sinful abode,
I travel a dark
and weary road.
For all who
go there,
will find
despair.
Waiting
in evil silence,
behind
an old fence.
Grinning
with glee,
for none
can see.
The darkness
is looming,
the path
is consuming.
All that
you really are,
tears fall
from afar.
yet you
will not hear,
that
enormous tear.
No, nor will
you feel,
all that
is real.
For deception
will fade,
as your soul
comes unmade.
