 Seein things threw cloudy eyes
Hoping, wishing just one day,
you will realize
Maybe you'll feel bad for your actions..
Hah!
I know you won't
Y'all think this is okay?
It hurts more than you'll ever know
To be told things
To have trusted in a man yet
again..
It's a game to be played
There ain't nothing real in this world today
I've lost again
Although I've gained more pain
Lessons learned..
Don't believe in men no more
Not a single promise can be kept
My heart feelin so hallow in the depths; of my despair.
It wouldn't have taken much just to prove to me that you cared
Just another slice across my heart
Bleeding doubt and loosing hope
Maybe i was just meant to be alone
Or was I meant to be nothing more than a stepping stone?
Boosting egos so they could chase
Something more appealing..
I guess ill never know,
but the scars will remain to remind me of the pain
I cause myself by giving my all
and caring without fault,
loving threw each flaw and believing without doubt
All of the things that were said to keep me laying in his bed.
A mess of lies and feeling ashamed
Nothing left but for me to take care
Of the broken bleeding mess that you've created
 
'Cause at the end of the day no matter what you all say I still sit and I cry always wondering why.. What it is to these dudes that I can't prove myself to be true, in everything I do I do with thoughts of you an wishing all those dreams were meant to come true

Things are beyond me cause I can't see; into their thoughts or what our future will be
everything is so new to me, I was so naive I can finally see
threw the smokey clouds fogging up my reality
