A poet's truth
A poet’s truth
by Cap’t Ron
You’ll always find me rhyming, except for a line or two
and as for me I’ll never spew, anything but what’s true.
You can write a word or twenty but of the truth I speak
Writing about nothing makes no sense except to a writing geek
So heed my words aplenty for its value is in its truth
Always write a truthful poem, for it’s great value that I seek
The truth is always better, unless you’re a writing geek!
