I like the title and the poem you've done here. You're a great writer. Your work amuses me in the over the top way in which it's put down. Maybe I'm not supposed to feel it's funny because you're describing a serious situation,  but I end up almost laughing at your aggressive and extreme 'in your face' style -i.e, 'If you have something to say, say it to my effin' face bitch! You don't take any prisoners in this piece. The only thing that would make this poem easier on the reader is using those commas; example: 'But guess what, I can'. I'm no grammar expert but you'll be able to express your stuff better with them. A great read all the same!
