I drugged out on family day

I thought I'd wait till tomorrow
then some cash came my way...
lied to my mom, so I could use her car
just to score today.
As I waited I Felt my body twitch...
my nose began to run...
the anticipation, just killing me
waiting for my little bit of brown fun...
I snatched it out of my dudes hand
ran to my car...
wondering if anyone had been watching me there
and figured I'd have to do it somewhere
     not too far.
As I drove down the road
less than a quarter of a mile..
by the time I got there, I'd rolled up a bill
put my head down, snorted the "boy"
       and lifted my head with a smile.
I sped home not to worry my mom
she didn't even realize I was still gone...
by the time I got home, my mind was so crazed
all that worry made me lose my fun.
I was fiending
I was so fucking mad
wishing I'd bought that other pack.
But I told myself to take it easy
keep some loot for tomorrow
I tried to get back to see him though
wherever he goes, I'll follow.
So here I am chugging
a bottle of beer
looking for my jack daniels
wishing I could feel.
I just want to cry right now
but only cause my high is over
so now I'm getting plastered
me and myself will get drunk with one another.
Sometimes I wonder if there is two of me
I think others do too
Bi-polar maybe, maybe just fucking nuts
one tells me to lie, one tells me the truth.
So tonight I'll sit here debating
whether to spend that money tomorrow
but I know I'll get up antsy and ready
for that beautiful brown, I will follow.
