Every day goes by
I bat my lashes
At the mere thought of you
Rosy cheek blushes
Giddy as a school girl
I could giggle in glee
A friendship built
With you that I never
Did with anyone else
Every conversation special
Even our random nothingness
You, so handsome in my eyes
makes my heart flutter
By your choice of words
Lost in this world
We have created
Dancing in the shadows
I follow your lead
That no harm should befall me
Faithful in you
My gargoyle in the night
