It screams
My heart rejoices!
For I know I only have one true love [Does music bleed? You rely on the word 'bleed' a lot, maybe use something else? And full stop at the end line.]

I sway my head [and]
I sing along
[It's] So tender... so sweet
It [--replace 'it' with 'A tune'?] will not betray me[Full stop]

The [--replace 'the' with 'There's'] blood in my veins
The [--replace 'the' with 'There's a'] heart in my chest [and]
the energy I have
it[--replace 'it' with 'music'] caused this start [Full stop]

I scream so loud
A piercing sound
But no one hears
For no one is around

[I'd add one more stanza to finish...something like:
But the tunes around,
it is there
to give me a hand to hold.
Music whisks me away from the tears I wear.]

Though all in all I like this, just again strip it down. Nice words.
