THE LETTER ©
What a wonderful well written letter articulate to a dot…
It will sit with all of the others my collection consists of a lot
Overseas postage is visible and the franking is clear as can be
There are numerous pages of letters some making reference to me
The responses I write at my bureau along with a glass of vermouth
There can be no false accusations my quest is to expose the truth
My people have myopic visions shackled by fear of the fight
Vociferous rantings by rulers despicably wealthy in spite
The letter beholds many answers but needs to clear when it’s read
Work out the truth it's quite easy before it’s too late and we’re dead
Don’t let the media's distract you they want you to capit-ulate
This may be the last correspondence I write before it’s too late
All of the ‘Is’ have been dotted and all of the Ts have been crossed
Be thorough whenever you’re reading or gains will be certainly lost
There’s a plethora of words to be written they need to be read very soon
Accept all my very best wishes anchored down with my old nom de plume

Do I detect an apocalyptic vision?
"My people have myopic visions shackled by fear of the fight"--- a reference to the human race?
It feels like you are directing the reader to the Bible?

Thank you Jazz for your insight and comments.
Indeed I would never direct people to the bible, but I would direct them to 'wise up' or 'wake up' to what is going on in the world. Changes (in my view) can only be brought about by revolutionary change. Many writings can reveal truths, some are in books...and currently LETTERS are the thing using various media.I hope makes sense.
