A Grandchild's Story
There be an angel
Down below in Hell
There be a story
I'm willing to tell
The sinner
With the holy
The good
With the sad
The child
And the beauty,
What grandma was truly
I'll be nothing more than a demon
I have no real reasons
She took my spot to give me a chance
A second glance at the life I chose
A true saint,
Locked out of heaven
You might never find another
Who would be like your mother
The beauty and divine
A promise to pick you up when you're down
To turn your frown upside down
And wipe the dirt off your shoulder
I had one of those
Pure heart of gold
I'll be in Heaven
She's stuck in Hell
All because of a young sin
The story I was willing to tell
Down below in Hell
There be a story
I'm willing to tell
The sinner
With the holy
The good
With the sad
The child
And the beauty,
What grandma was truly
I'll be nothing more than a demon
I have no real reasons
She took my spot to give me a chance
A second glance at the life I chose
A true saint,
Locked out of heaven
You might never find another
Who would be like your mother
The beauty and divine
A promise to pick you up when you're down
To turn your frown upside down
And wipe the dirt off your shoulder
I had one of those
Pure heart of gold
I'll be in Heaven
She's stuck in Hell
All because of a young sin
The story I was willing to tell
