Don't Blink
The morning frost falls upon the trees
Soft and elegantly
Soddening the grass
And leaving the air
With a newfound raw and fresh vibe
That enters your lungs in a cool wave
Everything covered in a thin blanket of snow
Looking around like a newborn seeing the world for the first time
Everything is so serene and lovely at first glance
My lips slowly form into a smile
As my eyes wander slowly around the forest
I think to myself;
Dont blink, I won't miss anymore of this lovely life I have been taking advantage of for far too long
Dont blink

Amazing imagery here and caputure of the moment...this piece describes best what I feel when I see the first snowfall of every winter...Very nice piece :-)
