Keep walking
In my tear filled eyes the pavement glistened.
As i walked down the street with my past behind me and my future shining brightly in the sky.
I felt satisfaction in each breath
And in the shuffling of my feet
As i took one step closer to greatness
And one step further away from the idea that i need someone else to smile.
