LOVE POEM

A thing called jealousy
Jealousy eats me alive like a virus taking over my heart and soul and skin.
I can feel it crawling over me and taking a bite physically making me ill.
I'm shaking with fury drowning in tears and I can blame it on you but it wouldn't be accurate.
I have evil inside of me that can not be silenced and it will not listen to me.
I am jealous of you and so I tear you down because it is hard to see the one I love so much happier than me especially when I'm supposed to be just as happy.
I am a bully but that's what happens when you pretend to be happy with evil happy with lies ...

Don't be scared to be yourself
Actions speak louder than words
And from your actions I can tell that you're hurt
That you try helplessly and hopelessly everyday
To act like you don't have feelings
Like right now none of this has a meaning
You pretend like you're cold as ice
But the water is crystal clear
And I see everything you're trying so hard to hide
I see the casket of secrets you keep buried inside
I hear the words you won't dare to say
Because you're afraid of the way you might love
But love has never caused a tear
But fear instead caused them...
And from your actions I can tell that you're hurt

Mind over Matter
If I could write my feelings for him in a song
it’d be the longest song ever written
but this is not a song,
this is a poem,
and like life poems end,
and like poems relationships end, people end,
and I wonder why I never take the time to ask my self why
why I waste my love on a boy, my pain on a song, my thoughts on a poem,
but the thing is when your stuck in the hole of heartbreak time disappears
and all the time you could be spending on yourself
you spend dwelling deeper into the past
into the regret,
and into the person you think you...

Keep walking
In my tear filled eyes the pavement glistened.
As i walked down the street with my past behind me and my future shining brightly in the sky.
I felt satisfaction in each breath
And in the shuffling of my feet
As i took one step closer to greatness
And one step further away from the idea that i need someone else to smile.

UPBEAT INSPIRATIONAL POEM

Put down the blade
Don't submit to the urge I tell myself
No matter how much it hurts
Each scars shows each time you gave in
Each time you gave up
And each time you were wrong
And it's never worth it
You don't do it because it makes you feel worth while
You haven't done it in a while
So don't
why do you want to?
Because the blood distracts you?
Because the red attracts you?
Because you want to take the attention away from your thoughts instead of dealing with your emotions
yes that's it.
with every slit and every slice you fall deeper into the rabbit hole...
No matter how much it hurts

OBSERVATIONAL POEM

To truly see
The ticking clock that never seems to end, does.
So,why not spend less time wishing for the time to end?
Or worrying about the time passing.
Why not treasure every tick?
Every excruciating little time the sound waves wash to the shore of your brain, and the heartache hits your beating bleeding heart like a bullet to the chest.
Because if you can do so, and still come out with a sunny disposition,
You might be able to catch a glimpse of the butterflies wing
Or a sliver of the gold buried beneath the sand with your bare palms,
You may begin to faintly...

I felt better
my bad memories I couldn't remember
and when i heard your name
the butterflies came
and when i touched you i knew
that i wanted you and only you
when you asked me to be yours
i thought i was dreaming
everything i dreamt of was finally happening
we were going to laugh
and we were going to smile
and our love would last forever if not for a while
everyday with you was never enough
every word you spoke was a head rush
and i swore i could feel love when we touched
but i dare not...
