My Truth, My Now.......My One and Only Love
(......inspired by a conversation with my *best* friend)
Above me,
a tempest blows
stirring the dusty, barren landscape
Peace......
......no where to be found
In the valley, looming shadows
Hellish flames lick against my soul
The storm rages.......further I am cast down
….....and I hear your voice
I smell your presence
a scent as fresh as spring rain
and all at once......
…..I am made whole, alive once again
Impervious to eminent despair
Your smile shines
like the sun
I take your hand
I am lifted above the clouds
beyond the smoke and flame
You are my solace, my peace
My truth, my now
I am free from all pain
Unaffected by the insolence
of his insurrection,
my strong tower
you are my protection

…..found within
your bright smile,
the sweet softness of your words
wrapped up
inside your love
sheltered from his wrath
baby, I must concur
that...
…..you are my paradise lost
but now found anew
moved beyond anything
I've experienced with another.......
….....with all my heart
always and forever.....

Music... this was divine...
it made me think of better times in my life...
It made me think about that last string inside my own heart.... the one that HASNT given up on love... since all the rest of my heart strings are irreversably broken....

MrM what can I say but your moments are some if the most beautiful ones that I have had the pleasure of coming across how like Rain I feel as if my words would do this no justice at all this was an amazing piece that carries this lite feeling of the purest n maybe even that once in a lifetime love .either way this was a beauty dear thanks for sharing
