Chaos

You and me
A state of chaos spinning
Precariously balanced
A matter of time before it tips over
Crashing into our hearts
Tearing into our soul
We had our moments
Kisses after wonderful evenings
But they are past
Now the future looks bleak
It's complicated
You're scared and won't try
I have my reasons why I cant
We have too much history
To many things to deal with
You made a good point, how can you trust me
Maybe you can't, we'll probably never know
Is tonight the end of the beginning?
Or the bringing of the end?
I say goodnight not knowing  what the future holds
Not knowing what chaos can do
