I will not turn bitter in this twisted world
where it's cool to be a self-proclaimed
"asshole".
I will remain kind in the midst of
cruelity, and have sympathy for all
the troubled souls. Staying strong for the
weak-minded.
I will speak up for myself, my neighbors,
all children and for those who are too
afraid to take a stand.
I will have respect for them all, yes even
to those who throw stones.
I will stay humble, aware of my imperfections
keeping an open-mind for the close-minded.
I will fight for love, with love against
the corrupt and tainted souls.
