PAINTED SMILES
Wait and see, we are all the same,
Confused are we, who to blame,
When we feel lonely, we socialize,
We chat with millions and speak to no one.
We fill our minds with dreams of paradise,
When pissed off, we criticize,
We choose the life that is virtual,
Oh yes, the real life is tough,
A little prick and we have had enough,
The real life is mean and rough.
As we learn gestures of disguise,
As we fall, our hearts realize,
The more we paint our emotions,
The more it’s gonna hurt inside,
Vitrified tiles and painted smiles.
Have one common purpose!
Customize the looks and mask our lives.
