Disapointment

I miss you so much,
It makes my heart ache,
Hut what hurts worse,
Is knowing you don't miss me,
Not one little bit.

It kills me,
Knowing how easy it was for you,
To just walk away,
Without even a second thought.

We've been through so much together,
Which made me believe,
That we were best friends,
And always would be.

But I guess they told the truth,
When they said nothing lasts forever,
I once thought though,
That we'd be the exception,
But you taught me a lesson,
Never put that much faith in someone,
Cause at one point or another,
They will always fail you.
