Liquid Gold

The liquid gold sloshed
Glass, so weak, restrains it
The man he stands
Foot on barrel

The liquid gold runs
Down my throat
It burns, at first,
Numbs afterwards

The liquid man smiles
From atop his pedestal
Wicked teeth and intentions
Gold is lost, again

The liquid gold is gone
The man laughs
As he tumbles
The glass prison breaks
