"The 100th Psalm Visited," (For Theo).
Psalms 100
1 (A Psalm of praise.) Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
Oh Lord who is God, you have told every
man that lives in every land to make a noise
that is joyful unto you
You know the song of our hearts and whether
or not they are Beautiful or dark, hateful
or kind; You desire Holiness in our insides
You see the thoughts of the heart and not the
outer appearance and that's where You look
and know what tune our heart is truly playing
You have told us to serve You, oh God with
gladness, not insincerely or against our will
but with joy and our entire hearts so that we
can be Blessed and see you because we do this
unto You with a Pure heart
And we know that when we come before you it is
to be with singing, praising You for all of
your works from beginning to ending, ending
to beginning because you inhabit the heart that
is full of your song, that Praises You as God
Holy Spirit we know that You are God and that
you are He who made us from the Will of your
mind and breathed life into us, placing us in
and to control this earth
We have not made ourselves but like the Apostle
Paul said, "We are workers together with God,"
You are our Maker and we, your Creation, you the
Potter and we the clay
You through us are creating everything
We are your flock and you the, "Bishop and
Shepherd of our soul," in your pasture/Presence
is where we find the necessary food for our soul
And without continuing to live in You we become
empty and void because your essence fills us and
makes us whole
We can enter into the gates of your Heavenly
Kingdom thru redemption that fills our hearts with
thanksgiving
You take out of us the song that is full of hurt
and sorrow, the one that we've learned from the
trouble and pangs of this world and put a new song
within us of thanksgiving
How Beautiful are your courts oh Lord
One second of time within them is better than a
thousand lifetimes in this world
In your courts is lightness of being and no animosity
Only Love and a feeling of, "Oneness," with every
living thing
I find that I don't even want to kill the spiders that
used to bother me
Lord you are Good
The Beauty of your face washes away all of our troubles
and sins
Even the ones hidden within and so it has been written
that, "The Goodness of the Lord leads men to repentance,"
You cause us to want to rise up out of ourselves and be
a new creature in You
Your Mercy is Everlasting so that if at anytime man calls
on you he can be saved in every time in history
And your Truth endures to every generation, it never fades
In every generation it is the same and if we turn to it
looking for Salvation and answers then its reply will always
be the same
Your Truth which is reality is written within, in the hearts
of men, if we'd only open up to hear what it has to say
Hebrews 8:10-12
"10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
But this Promise is to every man who
believes; to the Jew first and then
to the Gentile, (us)
