Wow it's amazing how much of our life moves in that very manner literally ... bowed heads in prayer - then staring at the moon and stars ... the motion of a fork eating ... the steps we climb in a home ... sex ... Okay maybe I'm reading too much into it ...

There's always some down, but down is up too, in some sense. Just in other direction. The main is the movement itself.
