Caresses and Crucifixtion Nails
The neon cuts through the night’s gloom
As lit candles mask the smell.
Shining through the red tinted glass
Illuminating crucifixion nails.
She lasted longer than all the others
Her screams lost among the city.
Nailed to a wall in a cheap motel
These is no one here to take pity.
Whimpered curses sugar my ears
Cries and moans in this structure.
Coughing up gobbets of blood
Lucidly tripping to psychotic torture.
Muscles growing frail from the pain
Losing yourself to the reaper’s caress.
Bound naked to the wall with spikes
It is so sweet, your last breath.
