Grudges and hurt
never insert
Bitterness and rage
lost in the way
Annoyance;irritation
attended with passion
Enmity and spite
left no vacuum inside.
These few huffy guests
keep visiting in my nest
Welcomed with displeasure
the animosity I don't treasure.
All wounds in process to heal
Wrath and rise; my mid-day meal
Weariness and agitation have no control
I chose to be an unkind,heartless soul.

Semantics I know Miss Brinda, but I believe these are all part of our Persona's DNA. Unfortunately so. I don't think we choose to be this way. But rather we aim to choose not to. Quite often a losing battle. We are but human. Wise, thought provoking ink Miss B. Enjoyed. Thanks for that.
