Guided relaxation
There is a world within ourselves
Beauty beyond our wildest dreams
So grand its hard to conceive
Taken to a place where dreams become real
Up becomes down,
Loud becomes sound
Take a deep breath
Inhale exhale
Close your eyes as we dive inside,
Inside your mind
This is where we reach cloud nine
Spinning around and around
Your thoughts begin to fade
Your mind turns grey
Lost within itself
You worry crying out for help
Never thought this could be I'm stuck in purgatory
Wait do not fear you have found what makes you stand firmly on the ground
Realizing it is ok to not think or even blink
You found your true bliss
You have been trying so hard to be found
When really you have always been around
Your guided relaxation has diminished your frustration
Awakened to start a new
Awakened to help those like you
Take my hand we are all meant for something grand
Are you a man of grandeur
Or that of something with humble stature
It does not matter
We do not care
The life we can show you is modest and fair
Take a seat my son
Be ready for the journey that has begun
This is your quest and yours alone
Do not cast a stone and may you catch it if it is thrown
