I lay here in utter, complete, darkness~
My heart beating it's own hopelessness
Wondering if my heart will truly be free~
Wondering what it is you want from me
This painful aching that I feel deep within~
Telling me that our love is not committing a sin
When, in Heaven, will you ever see~
That my heart is true and always will be.
Fear is pressing in harder on my soul~
Blinding everything I think I know
