Destined for a life of greed.
It's not what you want,
but it is what you need.
Forever chained to your shameless pride.
Frustration and pain are easy to hide.
Walking straight down a pitiful line.
Spreading the same fucking cynical lie.
Hearts beat faster,
but the love disappears.
I already lost my mind
searching through the years.
They say potential is key,
but where is the truth?
I lost all ambition
in my fucked up youth
