Sun and the Moon
Dear Sun,
Oh such lovely eye of Heaven,
Your warmth is only dreamt of.
Your complexity versus simplicity
Brings only blistering ones.
For I, the moon,
The other eye,
The only one who's tears can not dry,
due to the coldness of this night,
Why, my darling, must I cry?
For your warmth would only dissolve my light.
Eternal damnation could never feel so fated.
Like Judas,
better unborn
Like Hades,
betrayed.
Your awakening eye,
puts mine to slumber,
but as the light only grazes the horizon,
I simply, for a glimpse,
See you in your unobtainable wonder.
For one moment only,
I embrace that fire.
That one moment of triumphant bliss.
Your beauty couldn't be more excruciating,
to be severed, and dismissed.
I love you,
my eye of Heaven:
till the earth becomes
undone,
Tis I the Moon,
And you the Sun,
The Eyes of perfected coexistence
can never be one.
Oh such lovely eye of Heaven,
Your warmth is only dreamt of.
Your complexity versus simplicity
Brings only blistering ones.
For I, the moon,
The other eye,
The only one who's tears can not dry,
