Bloody Tears
Bloody tears flow as the life flows from my body.
Bloody tears flow as the anger flows from my life.
Bloody tears flow as the love flows from my heart.
Bloody tears flow as the last breath flows from my lungs.
Bloody tears end and so does my life.
Bloody tears flow as the anger flows from my life.

Such a sorrowful expression of an intense personal pain.
Your effective use of repetition--"Bloody tears"--creates the image of such deep despair...enables your readers to 'feel 'the overwhelming effects...to realize the desperation that can only be alleviated by considering the absolute f i n a l alternative.
This piece has touched my heart...my soul. Being able to release emotional turmoil--through writing--can truly be very helpful.
