  I don't bleed much these days
  
 because i feel numb.

  all the hurts of being did wrong,
 
  i don't have a care
 
  yet the pain is to hard to bare.

  maybe this is something
  
  i need to feel, because it hurts 
 
  to much to let it heal.

  as long as i feel this way,
 
  i will never forget the shame,

 feels all too much like 
  
 it just happened yesterday.
