Apogee
Flayed barbaric barbiturate in the mouth
Turn the engine over and watch the sunshine
Erode skyline
The millionth blade of grass lost somewhere
In the turnstile of turning to one side
Prostrating with no intention of praise
I have lost daughters and I have found belief in the jungles
Of thought
Cascading through embers of flora
Washing up on the shores of New Guinea
Only to find the peoples of antiquity
Burning through the floorboards of Heaven
Hatred bubbling from their lips
Turn the engine over and watch the sunshine
Erode skyline
The millionth blade of grass lost somewhere
In the turnstile of turning to one side
Prostrating with no intention of praise
I have lost daughters and I have found belief in the jungles
Of thought
Cascading through embers of flora
Washing up on the shores of New Guinea
Only to find the peoples of antiquity
Burning through the floorboards of Heaven
Hatred bubbling from their lips
