Woman in the Shroud (Lady Grimm)
She had long black hair
Which covered her face
And hid her well
But in the moonlight
You could see one eye
Looking through you
.
.
.
As he ran through
the dark, dense forest
Trying to find a way out
Falling over the gnarled roots
And rotted leaves
Strange animal sounds in the distance
He could hear a faint wispy voice
Calling him
Calling him
Forevermore
"Still she looms
And raises her hand
in the darkness and fog
Pointing it at me
Pointing at me!
What does this specter of the night
want with me?
What evil spell does she weave?
This necromantic witch
Who has cursed me with her presence..."
Which covered her face
And hid her well
But in the moonlight
You could see one eye
Looking through you

As he ran through

Trying to find a way out
Falling over the gnarled roots
And rotted leaves
Strange animal sounds in the distance
