Fade to Black

                              

The darkness fades to light,
as I lay here stranded in a sea of nothingness
I have no place to go
I have no place to hide
I have no place to rest
And there is not anything in sight...
I am stuck in this...emptiness
Walking around I wonder
when this nothingness will end
no familiarity around me
not a noise nor aroma
Not even one...
there is just me shrouded in blackness
and all I hear is sounds of screaming
my own...hear my torment
sadness fills my soul
feel my turmoil
To much pain remembering
when I used to walk in light
I roam this lonely place and,
this void world has become my home
I stay hidden waiting...but for what
