The race track of my heart

This is about my anxiety.

my heart races I pace back and forth
this feeling escapes me what is it for
the unknown element adds fuel to the flame
I hide myself away and feel only shame
the questions I ask are always the same
the answers  escape which leads to the start
its a giant circle encompassing my heart
as it slows down the circle constricts
that pain in my chest that's what it is
