Running

I find myself running,
And I don't know where I'm going,
But I just keep running.
Am I getting where I want to be,
Or running away from my problems?
No quick fix is in sight,
So I just keep running.
Running towards a brighter future.
Running away from a dismal tomorrow.
Running to distance myself from my past.
Running to escape the fate
I have made for myself.
But am I really just
Running to be running?
