My Fairytale Endings

The steel slices instantly
Through my skin like it was butter
Scarlet pours out from my wrists
Everything goes red just before it goes black

Shift my stance
Over the edge
Suspended in freefall
Just a moment in time
It all ends
With a sudden stop

Submerged completely below the calm surface
A quick inhale fills lungs
Mind screaming for oxygen
Body fighting the excruciating agony
uselessly thrashing senseless motion
Conciousness is lost and that's it
