belief

truth is its not dependent upon belief
truth does not depend on anything to remain the truth
the bottom line
as to that which is out there or inside of us
does not require realization to exist
scientists and men of the cloth searching
hoping to break things down to an equation
and find obsolete those things which were
wrong guesses
the truth is we're no meant to know the truth
for reasons undefined
or we would have already known
sometime during our billions of years of self discovery
and connecting with the outer world
perhaps in death before we go blank
all will be unveiled
perhaps that's why we pull in our last gasp
as if astonished by something
perhaps we see how complex
or utterly simplistic the last layer is
but for now
we ask questions
because it is our nature
regardless as to whether we're permitted
to see
or to know
