In the Blackout

To see you on your run, I take the stairs
as I am walking up you are running down
just as our bodies begin to cross paths
a black out takes over our town

Gasping, I froze and a tear fell down
then I reached out for something to hold
consumed by my fear of the darkness
my soul just could not be consoled
I sink to the floor as I cry out
scared and trembling and alone
imagination plays tricks on my mind
I spiral down toward my own overload
Though I could not see, I could feel you
in desperation, I reached for your hand
you took it and pulled me in closely
saying "it's ok" you helped me to stand

As I start to calm, my awareness grew
my skin sizzled from your embrace
the smell of you was so delicious
I wished I could take a taste
Relaxing into you felt so easy
but it just made me want you more
I laid my head upon your chest
both our heart beats began to soar
Tentatively your finger brushes my lip
flames burn in the wake of your touch
your hand starts to twirl in my hair
passions flare and I want you so much

Our tongues tangle in a hungry kiss
as we imitate an intimate dance
now I need to feel you inside me
and I hope I will get the chance
The temperature was rising quickly
we're clawing desperately at each other
touching and kissing, licking and tasting
fulfilling carnal needs for one another
Our bodies are now entangled, sweaty and spent
we hold each other tightly in the dark
on the floor and still naked , we kissed
this next round was harder and I wear your mark

A black out did take our our town
for six hours there wasn't a light
but your seduction was my sweet relief
