Together Forever

The night is quiet,
The houses are silent,
Rain is falling on the rooftops,
All is peaceful in the land,

A boy and girl sit on the rooftop
holding hands,
The rain dripping-hair wet,
They so glad to have met,

Lightning fills the sky,
The flash entrances their eyes,
A tree ablaze catches them by surprise,
Oh what a wonderful sight,

All through the night,
Everything felt so nice,
Holding hands felt so right,
Both together in love,

Arms embracing one another,
Felt so warm,
As they stared up into the dark clouds,
Rain gently falling from the sky,

A moment that seemed to last forever,
Oh time spent in the lovely weather,
Two people sitting together,
Feeling love for one another,

Hearts intertwining in an everlasting dance,
Two eyes fixated on the sky in a trance,
One kiss fills the night,
As a flash from the clouds fill the nights sky,

A perfect moment alone together,
Happiness and joy in the best of weather,
They oppose being alone,
They would rather be together,
On this night of harsh weather,
They declare,
They would like to be together forever.
